The hybrid material construction places each fabric where it performs best, giving you a balance of durability, flexibility, breathability and comfort. The torso uses a lightweight knitted fabric for moisture management, while strategically placed 3D mesh panels improve airflow and durability in high-wear areas.
The Gen.3 also features UF PRO's air/pac® shoulder system, adjustable cuffs, integrated arm storage and compatibility with UF PRO Flex Elbow Pads.

The Striker XT Gen.3 features detachable air/pac® inserts in the shoulder area, designed to distribute weight more evenly when carrying a plate carrier or backpack while reducing cold transfer.
The soft knitted collar and breathable construction further improve comfort during extended wear.

The hybrid construction combines durable ripstop fabric with abrasion-resistant 3D mesh in exposed areas, helping the shirt withstand demanding use while maintaining flexibility and breathability.

The Striker XT Gen.3 is compatible with UF PRO Flex Elbow Pads, which can be inserted into the integrated elbow pockets for additional protection when required.
