TwinNeedle ships products both Domestically across New Zealand, and Internationally around the world. We use NZ Post for all orders, and all due care is used to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Please note: If product/s need to be back Ordered the shipping time will be 4-6 weeks. We will advise if this is the case.

Standard Shipping Tracked = $10.50 (1-2 working days)
Rural Shipping Tracked = $15 - This must be selected for address in New Zealand with RD (5-7days)

Standard Freight International (Tracked / Untracked) : Taxes, import duties, and any applicable customs fees are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Express Shipping International : Duties and taxes are included with our express shipping service. In the event of a return or refund, any duties and taxes already incurred and paid on your behalf are non-refundable and will be deducted from any applicable refund amount.
