It's a very tight fit! (too tight)

I got this recently for my Garmin Foretrex 801. Let's just say that it's probably a little too tight to get it in and wrapped up/velcro'd/secure. As there is zero fabric stretch (as expected) I can't actually get the top flap fully over to secure the velcro. When the GPS is in the ouch, but not on my arm, it's semi-ok, but as soon as it goes on my wrist, once I open the top flap, it's very difficult to get it secured again. I'm just hoping that over time and with use the fabrics will soften a little to make fitting the unit and securing the top flap easier. Images shown are all with the Foretrex fitted.
