DG Pack Harness System (Harness Only)

Our new ergonomic DG Harness system is designed with carrying heavy loads in mind. Which can easily be adjusted for individual sizing. Hip belt can be worn around the waist for weight distribution or tucked away to allow the pack to be worn with belt order.

FRAME

• The DG pack is designed around the Down East Incorporated 1606-MC frame, which is issued to the United States Marine Corps. It is made with a fragmentation-resistant polymer and is designed to support loads of more than 90kg. The frame features designated attachment points for ease of modularity.
  

• The DG Pack Harness system and DEI 1606-MC frame can be used with an ALICE pack. 
  

SIZING: 

Suspension system: OSFA

• Harness S/M: 175cm and shorter
• Harness L/XL: 176cm and taller

The table below is a guide for setting the harness to the correct height utilizing the suspension system. Individuals wearing belt order should use the shorter setting below their height to allow the pack to sit upon and be supported by the belt order. The bartack to the top of the harness is:

Note: Users 185cm and taller should use position 5 and the optional tall mount ladder-locks above the exit zips on the pack body. This negates being able to use the load shelf feature.
