Built to fit a USGI 1 quart water bottle with cups canteen. Closes with a covered #9 coil YKK zipper and dual sliders (with paracord silencers fitted). Features three columns by four rows of PALS webbing on the front and two rows of two columns of PALS webbing on each side to facilitate mounting pouches externally.
