Why R&N Blades
R&N Blades is the work of Australian maker Robert, whose roots trace back to the rugged countryside of New South Wales. Raised on tools, trap lines, and time spent learning from his father and grandfather, Rob grew up knowing that a knife is more than a tool — it’s a companion.
After a long career in the police force and a personal battle with PTSD, knife making became his therapy and purpose. Today, from a small rural workshop, he and Naomi handcraft some of Australia’s most respected blades, each one shaped with resilience, precision, and a deep respect for true craftsmanship.

To create a special edition of our Bino PRO, we knew we needed to pair it with something equally functional and uncompromising. Enter the R&N Helium Knife — a compact, ultralight blade trusted by hunters from the Victorian high country to the peaks of New Zealand.
With a 165mm slim profile, a 60mm MagnaCut edge, and an ultralight 39g weight, the Helium slips seamlessly alongside your Bino PRO without adding bulk — ready to perform the moment you need it. This edition features a custom red wrap handle and comes paired with R&N’s lightweight sheath.
