The Scalable Composite Assaulter Belt is designed to keep your 1st line gear where you need it, around your waist and not under your armpits.
An Austri Alpin® Cobra D buckle secures the belt in place and allows you to secure yourself to an attachment point with a tether, attach a dog lead or even hang your gloves.
The belt is made with the minimum amount of layers to keep it stream lined yet incredible rigid. It utilizes laser cut slots through a composite of Squadron and Paua which is then triple stitched to a single layer of Mil-T-4088 T13 - 1 ¾” webbing.
Squadron is a Cordura laminate of two layers of Cordura fabric welded together to form an extremely strong and hard wearing fabric. Paua is a composite plastic that is cut, impact and puncture resistant whilst having great rigidity. You can learn more about Paua here.
The excess adjustment of the belt is no longer secured with hook and loop (which takes up valuable real estate), it is now rolled up and secured under an elastic loop, we recommend users cut and sear it to the approximate length you need to avoid an excessive amount folded up.
The outer belt is hook lined to mate with the inner belt or our UF Pro pants featuring the integrated under belt. This keeps your 1st line where you placed it in the same place every time. Each belt comes with lengths of 1" loop that "blank" out the hook sections over the belt loops of your expensive pants and stop them ending up torn up and furry from the hook rubbing on them.
The laser cut slots have been made tight intentionally to stop pouches slopping around and canting, this can make it a bit trickier to fasten/remove pouches. We recommend the use of a multi tool or needle nose pliers and a bit of patience during the initial setup of your belt.
The inner belt is constructed with a single layer of 1 1/2" resin impregnated webbing which feeds through an airport security friendly 1 1/2" acetal plastic loop-loc and then secures back on itself with hook and loop. The outside of the belt is lined with loop which integrates with the hook lining on the outer belt.
The inner belt make a great EDC or low profile pistol belt as the resin impregnated webbing can easily support the weight or a holster without crumpling.
